A 140 kW motor on 79 kWh in a 1,950 kg carbon hull is a high-power, moderate-energy combination: the specification is built for short, quick passages and for arriving somewhere, not for all-day range at speed. Owners doing 30-minute shuttle runs will get far more out of it than owners planning six-hour coastal days.
The construction case
Vacuum-infused carbon epoxy over a Petestep hull is a serious specification for a boat this size, and it is the main technical argument for the price bracket this sits in. Low weight matters more on an electric boat than on a combustion one, since every kilogram saved is range you did not have to buy in battery.
Caveats
Como publishes performance in km/h and km only, so anyone comparing it against Scandinavian or British electric boats will have to convert, and there is no published nautical-mile figure to check against. The long-range configuration exists precisely because the standard pack is modest relative to the motor — establish which version a quoted price refers to.
